The Hungarian New National Gallery will be built in the Budapest City Park, a 120 hectar public space located in the core of Pest. This concept ñ Ground Zero - is the departure point for our contemporary proposal for the Museum in Park-Budapest. We are interested in having an extremely open air space at the ground park level, with as close to zero construction as possible.
Building an Art Centre should have a supreme goal to be transversal and embrace all cultures in the world. Therefore, we are dealing with an aggregator center and gatherer between cultures and expressions. We believe that the structure we are interested in intends to create a multidimensional platform that promotes a harmonious gathering of both human beings and the garden and nature itself.
