Diplopoda is a bench composed of an unlimited number of modules in SLIMCONCRETE - defined by the context in which it is inserted - and linked by a steel cable of 8mm.
The module has been created with standard ergonomic measures to seat a person comfortably. Its design allows each bench to adapt to the next creating a common bench in several possible ways.
We have created a bench that offers the possibility to move it and decide how to dispose it. However, each formation has a fixed module of Diplopoda - in the middle of each sequence so that its location is specific and only its form is flexible and mutable for each person who uses it.
Its flexible and specifically also allows the bench not only suits different uses but also different contexts. It is designed to meet the needs of a large and bustling square, as well as an enclosed urban fabric, or even a small empty street.
