This installation is designed to pass a very clear message: We can only overcome the current crisis of architecture if the architecture stars participating in society becomes political, again.
Thus, our installation is divided in two moments.
A first one, in which we demonstrate to the visitor that the architects of the modern movement, regardless of their aesthetic differences, took sides, had convictions, and was in favor of those beliefs/goals that they made architecture.
Therefore we choose quotations from various architects of the modern period that purposely donít talk of architecture but of opinions, desires, intentions, and proposals for society.
A second moment, regarding the current state of architecture in which we confront the visitor with the empty ideals of contemporary society and where we impose the need for change.
